• I’m running a customized Divi theme, and the plugin throws this error:

    TypeError: _productdata.find is not a function. (In ‘_productdata.find( ‘.gtm4wp_productdata’ )’, ‘_productdata.find’ is undefined)

There is also no settings page on the admin side.

I’ve deactivated the plugin, because my site is a live website, but I’d like to fix this and get it up and running.

    Hi,

Can you give me the full error notice, I mean the error may saying where it’s getting this, which file and which line.

You can give me a screenshot of the error area.

If you read the plugin description carefully, you my notice that free version not comes with the settings. Settings is only for the Pro version.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Do you write any custom JS or any code that related to the word jewelry ?

    Thanks

No- but don’t worry about it. I’ve decided to go with a different plugin that works out of the box with Divi. Thanks anyway.
