Javascript code when clicking a box

Hi, we are using this plugin to show some modules of our product and we’d like to show a popup when the user clicks one of the boxes (we are using images), instead of redirecting to an URL.

I noticed javascript code is filtered out – tried putting “javascript:openPopup()” in the URL but no joy.

How can we achieve this?
