Javascript code is changing

I use Shortcoder to add Javascript to my www.remarpro.com self hosted site.

But now, in the alert boxes that pop up, while javascript allows the use of \n (backslash “n”) to print on a new line, when I look at some pages, the backslash is gone, and the text is on a new line such that the text that is identified as belonging to text that should be printed in the alert box and which is usually a different color, is not a different color (in Netbeans), which breaks some of the pages.

Also, quotes within some commands that also use quotes need to be dealt with. I did by using backslash but WordPress changed that as well.

So now I’m running around putting out these fires.
