    Hi, we are looking at SEO software for our site and tried Yoast but we are hitting a problem that seems to be Javascript related with the content optimization box showing as blank . We have used Health Check to and we cannot get Yoast to work in Troubleshooting Mode. When running the Chrome Console we get three errors, we have a screen shot but was told by Yoast support to post here. The problem also occurs on Microsoft Edge. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  • We have the same issue reported here but it should have been fixed with Yoast SEO 8.1 release. Does the issue resolve when you update your plugin to the latest version 8.2?

    Hi, yes we were already running version 8.2.

    Can you confirm you are getting these JS errors with the latest version of WP 4.9.8, and only Yoast SEO v8.2 and a default theme like TwentySeventeen activated?

    If you find any JavaScript errors related to Yoast SEO or if there is a conflict with a plugin or a theme, you can create a new GitHub issue for our developers. Please report the issue to a third party developer as well.

    Hi, I can confirm we are got the same problems running WordPress 4.9.8, Yoast 8.2 and TwentySeventeen. When running the troubleshooting mode with all plugins disabled, Yoast wouldn’t come back on.

    Thank you for all your help with this. May wait for the next update and see if that helps.
