Javascript Ads not showing in Javascript caching

    Hello,
    I have a problem, when adding a javascript ads (from any affiliate network) as code in a banner.
    When I want to show the ads place which includes the banner, then nothing is shown (but in firebug I see the included javascript)

    However, when I change the settings to standard (php), then the ad is shown. (which is in direfox the javascript and below the ad html code, which indicates that the javascript was executed).

    So what is wrong in the javascript caching mode when adding javascript ads?
