Javascript added to Header is commented out

I’m using your plugin here:
https://www.intertype.com.au/I added some javascript to be executed in the “Scripts in header” box. However, when I view the page source, all the code is commented out with the <!– and –> tags so it’s not running.
Please view the page source and scan for 1068797409. This gets you to my javascript codee.
Why is the javascript commented out?
