java processes running almost non stop

To be honest I would roll back to previous version. After last update server is exploding with almost endless closure-compiler.jar processes running and taking all the resources. Before update there was gzip process that was rannung only after purge or there was change made on site. Looking in to logs looks like min.js, min.css gzip files being compressed over and over with no reason each time server being accessed. Here is log sample:

Any advice on workaround? Or at least where to get older plugin version that worked?
