you should ask the Contact Form 7 plugin author as all those URLS point to that plugin.

GeneratePress doesn’t add any JS that interferes with form submits.

If you google: /wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/1079/refill you will see there are lots of reports of that issue – and the plugin author has many replies but very little answers.

This is not Theme related.
You should raise the issue with the Contact Form 7 author. They should deal with the problems it is causing.
