Japanese and Chinese does not work

    Please make sure you are using utf8 on the back and front end (mainly in your database)

    I am sure that the database it is correct using utf8 but i do not found where i can check on the beckend wordpress
    So since 1 month ago function perfect all the languages but after the upgrade to wordpress 3.5.1 for some languages i have this trrible problem with the translation, it is full of ????
