    Hi all

    I updated a countdown clock on my website and now its gone missing….I tried restoring the DB backup but it still has gone yet on the plug ins it says its there

    can anyone help please because Im useless at this

    By Gone Missing there’s probably a JavaScript error on your page that’s causing it to break

    Hi …sorry really all a bit new to me

    Its the countdown clock…the website is 360mrc.com if thats any help to anyone….I need it looked at as Im not technical and its got errors on it I think

    Where was the countdown supposed to be?

    Hi Andrew

    It used to be on the right hand side….it was a bespoke countdown clock…. and I updated the plug in by mistake…..I can’t see how you can turn back to previous version. …I restored an old database and it brought back all the old posts and pictures that were there ….but still no countdown clock

    I’m not too sure what to be looking for, I can see a broken gif image in the sidebar, is that where it should be?

    Yes…it should be just above the 360 Logo, to the right of the Video player ….this is very kind of you btw

    It doesn’t look like the code that generated the clock is on the page any more, which plugin was it again?

    Its how she (the girl who made the site for me ) did it…..its all heckled pickled….It was the J Query Countdown clock

    You can check with your hosting providers to see if your site was backed up to a previous version
