After hearing from you, we have doubled checked this but didn’t face this issue.

Just to be sure this is not a plugin conflict, will you please disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Checkout Terms and Conditions and recheck this again.

Let me know what would you get after doing this step.

disabled all plugins and issue still existed.

problem was fixed only after I upgraded woocommerce to 3.0.4 from 2.6.11

can you please make the new plugin version compatible with 2.6.11?

@sarbel WooCommerce 3.0.+ is a major update and they have modified their templates as well as functions, so in order to make our plugin compatible with WooCOmmerce, we also had to make our plugin adjusted to those changes.

Hence, Hence, to make this version work, you need WooCommerce 3.0.+ and any version below that will not work properly with our updated version.
