    This is already the third thread I’m opening to try to get support. I’ve been trying to contact Nitesh for more than 2 months now; a couple of weeks ago he finally answered me to ask for my site’s credentials, which I provided, then didn’t answer me after that.

    Can somebody responsible for this plugin please answer me? I’ve paid 99 dollars for the dev version, and I’ve received far better support from free plugins, this is absolutely outrageous.

  • I am only a user..i’m having problems receiving email alerts and sending invoices..what problems are you having? I had some other problems but managed to work them out..maybe I can help. It would be nice if others would visit and respond to each others problems (not that it is their responsibility..but it would be nice)

    After more than 2 months, the dev finally decided to give me support (through email). I hope he helps me solve this.

    Hi Gabriel,

    Firstly, let me correct you that we have responded to many of your queries previously. You have been asking repeated questions again and again which has made us believe that somehow queries are not very relevant. Your recent query is that your PRO key has stopped working. We surely will look into it but I request you not to repeat your previous questions again and again.

    I “ask questions again and again” due to the fact that any email takes more than a week to be answered (when it is answered). Like I said, I’ve been trying to contact you guys for more than 2 months now about the fact that the plugin stopped working. Anyway, I just want to get this solved and have the plugin working again, that’s all.
