I’ve made a mistake: upgrade with turn on plugins

    I’ve made I big mistake: I upgraded WP and forgot to turn off plugins before upgrade.
    Now frontend pages and backend produce fatal error:
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare is_tag() (previously declared in /home/empiryk/public_html/camera/wp-includes/query.php:94) in /home/empiryk/public_html/camera/wp-content/plugins/UltimateTagWarrior/ultimate-tag-warrior.php on line 106
    My quesion is: what can I do now to fix my WP?

    use your ftp client, and delete the plugins from your plugins directory.
