I’ve got an advertising widget that should points internally

I love your plugin. Saves me a lot of time.
On the header of all of my pages, I am using an ad widget that has a728×90 Advertisement Image Link:

https://vagabondfinances.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/pixabay-728×90-tools2-1.jpgYour plugin is seeing the Image Link as an external site and opening it in a new tab instead of in the existing tab/window.
Is there some way I can fix it? I’d really rather not get into the code, but I can if I must. =-)
