• I some how ended up with 2 ‘homes’. The real home is the last tab in line. When I click on the first home it directs me to the 2nd home.
    Only the last ‘home’ in my tabs appears under ‘pages’. When I delete it, the other ‘home’ (first tab) gives me an “oops” message. So, I restored the 2nd ‘home’ as the first has no ‘edit’ link.

    Please, any ideas?

  • 1) Go to Dashboard -> Pages
    2) Find the two Pages named “Home”
    3) Rename one
    4) Update the slugs for both Pages

    Thanks, Chip. I’ve tried that, but only one page appears as “Home”.

    Did you look in the Trash?

    Thanks, Chip. Is there a ‘trash’ in WP? My recycle bin in Windows is empty. Cant seem to locate trash in WP.

    Thanks again.

    Go to Dashboard -> Pages

    Look at the tabs (links) above the list of Pages. You should see one that says “Trash”.

    I’ve got ‘all’ and ‘published’. The 1st ‘home’ is not in the list of pages either. No ‘trash’ link. Damn.
