i've deactivated wcbakery visual composer and now the site is not accessible

Hi, i’ve deactivated the visual composer and now my site is not working:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_shortcode_param() in /home/…/public_html/wp-content/plugins/webnus-shortcodes/shortcodes/iconfonts-param.php on line 730

How can i reactivate it?
I’ve found in the database the active_plugin record in option:
