I’ve been using this theme for a few years

I’ve been using this theme for a few years now at my website. Pretty happy with it.

The plugin is very good for a free version. The thing I like the best about it is the amount of customization that’s allowed. Between the bootstrap slider (LOVE!), infinite scrolling, posts slider, parallex slider, colors, fonts, and much much more. Probably the most loaded free theme I’ve seen so far. And I’ve played around with a lot of themes.

Though, my only complaint is I don’t like the blog excerpts and how the post thumbnail is only 800 x 300 or something and so it cuts off a lot of my recipe photos, making them look bad. ??

Also, if you’re not careful, this theme can slow down your website. So I suggest only keeping the features enabled that you really like and using some sort of minify javascript css (W3 is good) and an image optimizer (Smush is good) to keep your site running well.

Though there is no perfect free theme so far that i’ve found, this one is the closest to perfection i’ve found.
