I’ve been locked out of my site :-(

does anyone know what I can do get it ‘unlocked’?
I was having terrible problems with my password — I tried to change them on my site control panel, but then none of them worked when I tried to log back in.

Is there a phone number to talk to a wordpress person? This is so frustrating.
