I’ve been having problems with registration for a few days
-
Hello, we have a multisite network and we record with forminator. Everything was fine a few times ago. Even though registration settings were disabled in WordPress network settings, users could register and create subsites with a forminator form.
Now, due to a problem I don’t know why, when a user registers, a subsite is created, but no user is assigned to this subsite. Instead, the registered user only appears as a user on the main site. When the user logs in, he or she is naturally directed to the admin panel of the main site, not to the admin panel of the subsite, and receives the message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” receives the message.
In the form registration settings, select the Network’s Main Site Role option as “Don’t create a user in the network’s main site.” is set to . “Site Registration” is active and “Site Role” is set to Administrator. Everything was like that anyway.
When I update the “Network’s Main Site Role” option to administrator, a user is created on the main site, a subsite is created and the user is assigned, but when the user logs in, he is directed to the main site’s admin panel and accesses the main site. In fact, when you log in, you should only be directed to and able to access the admin panel of your subsite.
When we enable the site and recording from the network settings, there is no change. The Forminator registration form is not working correctly but when I try it with wp-singup.php everything seems fine.
What is the cause of this problem?
