I've been hacked!!! HELP!!!

    What a way to start my morning. I looked into the xpanel for the .htaccess and discovered it was set to 777. Maybe that’s how it happened. Then I looked at the contents of the .htaccess file and saw the following – keeping in mind, I don’t know how it should look – but here it is:
