    Hi,

The IVA tax is not displayed on the invoice, basically i would like to have it in the bottom or somewhere around as seen in the pdf(please check on the link: https://we.tl/kj7gfEg3lC )

    https://bfs2.globalizeme-dublin.co.uk/

When a product is created we would then add the custom field for the IVA % and in the “Value” Field could that be a calculation to work out what the value amount of the IVA tax is for that product based on either the “Regular Price” or the “Sale Price” then on the invoice (sample attached) at the bottom it shows the total IVA tax for each % that has been included.

Please let me know if you would like to access the wordpress instance. I would be great if you can help at the earliest as the site is waiting for live.

    Thanks,
    Vinodh

What plugin are you using for invoices? This plugin integrates with “WooCommerce PDF Packing Slips + Invoices.” Other invoice plugins would need a custom integration to be developed.

    Hi David,

Yes, I am using EU VAT Compliance with PDF Invoices & Packing Slips. I have managed to display the VAT column on the invoice but it it only displays 0.00 euros, even though I have set every product to taxable and set their tax rates too. We have included the tax in the product pricings and have indicated as such in the EU VAT Compliance plugin too.

I may be wrong, but it seems to me that the two plugins aren’t integrating with each other, as the taxes should all be set up but simply aren’t displaying on the invoice.

Please let me know of any thoughts on how to fix this, I would really appreciate it!

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Sounds like you’re saying that VAT isn’t calculated correctly at all, according to your requirements – i.e. it’s not just about the invoice?

    Hi David,

Yes, that seems likely. There is no evidence anywhere on Woocommerce that suggests the tax rates have been applied. Do you think it would have something to do with the client factoring the tax into the product prices when they were adding the products?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

This plugin doesn’t get involved in the actual tax calculations… it’s purpose is to record data for audit. All tax calculations are done in WooCommerce core. So, if you’re needing help with configuring WC to make the desired tax calculations, then the settings for this plugin aren’t relevant – they don’t determinate that.
