I have been using this plugin for some time and unfortunately this problem only occurs on mobile browsers (smartphones). The buttons to close the banner get stuck and it’s no longer possible to close the banner.

And this only happens when you already start scrolling the page, before pushing the banner close button. If you push the button before scrolling, it works fine.

I tried disabling the Secure Copy Protection plugin and the problem goes away. So obviously it depends on the plugin.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix it?
    Thank you

    Dear @marconista,

    Thank you for the topic.

We have checked your website with mobile and noticed that everything works fine as per your request.
We scroll from the beginning and noticed that the popup can be closed.?

If the case was connected to our plugin, you couldn’t have closed the popup no matter whether you have scrolled or not.?
The?same will be for both the mobile?and PC. The case would work in the same way for both of these 2 cases.

    See the video below:

Most presumably, the problem comes from either your mobile cache or the plugin you are?using.?
So, please try to check the case with either the?Incognito?mode?or?another browser/device. Then, let us know about the outcome.

Or, you can get in touch with that plugin Support Team if the case still persists for you.?
We have checked and noticed that everything?works fine in this regard on our end.?

    Thank you.

Hi @hyenokian thank you so much for your time deal with my case!

I need to clarify that is not that that banner I mean, but is the cookie banner from Iubenda. You can see from this pic.

Anyway, I did some tests before writing here and I confirm that the problem occurred on different devices and on different brower (Samsung, Chrome etc.) and it was also reported to me by some readers.

In any case, yesterday, after writing here, I made further changes, I inserted the banner code in another location of the header.php file, then I cleared the cache several times. For now, everything seems to work correctly.

So, all’s well that ends well!

    Thanks for everything!
    Best Regards

    Dear @marconista,

    Thank you for your response.

Glad to hear that the problem has been solved for you.

By the?way, the plugin has the??Exclude?certain?CSS?selector?option with the help of which you can disable the copy protection for a certain element.?
To find this option, you can go to the?Copy Protection plugin > General tab >?Exclude?certain?CSS?selector?option, write the?Selector,?and the Copy Protection plugin will not work for that element.?

    See the screenshot below:

    Thank you.
