itunes Validation Error

  • I am trying to make our sermons available on itunes but get a “can’t download episodes from your feed” error when trying to submit. I have tested it out in ditties when using my link to directly subscribe and it work fine but when trying to add on podcast connect I get the error. Is there something I am doing wrong in the Sermon Manager plugin?

  • I’m just a fellow plugin user. In your feed I see

    <enclosure url="https://www.christchurch.org.au/wp-content/uploads/sermons/2019/07/2019_07_14_1045.mp3" length="0"
                   type="audio/mpeg"/>
	    <itunes:duration>0:00</itunes:duration>

    The “length” and “itunes:duration” fields are blank. Make sure the MP3 Duration field is populated. If you’re uploading the MP3 to the site, it should be pulling it for you though.
