Feed checks not validating completely | iTunes & Stitcher not updating from feed | 404 error on any action in settings for Blubbry
I have taken the following actions to resolve in this order:
Deleted & Reinstalled PowerPress 7.1.1
Saved permalink structure – changed|saved|changed back to custom: /%post_id%/postname%/ then saved
Deactivated all plugins – tested/PowerPress issue not resolved | reactivated 1 by 1 – tested/PowerPress issue not resolved | reactivated plugins until we can find a fixResult – same 404 error on PowerPress when saving settings
I found a post from 08/08/2017 ernohannink with the same issue. Your replay was this:
Who is your web hosting provider? We’ve found a small number of web hosting providers are having an issue with something in PowerPress 7.1 that causes this to happen. The dev team is aware of it and will be implementing a fix in the next PowerPress update. Until then, the only solution is to downgrade to PowerPress 7.0.4.
A later post says Blubrry PowerPress 7.2 beta fixes this issue but I can’t find that to download either
