iTunes not accepting URL

Firstly, I love your plugin, thanks ??
I’m having an issue submitting my feed to iTunes. I get the following error:
"Podcast cover art must be at least 600 x 600 pixel JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a sever that allows HTTP head requests."The URL I’m using is https://www.carlmaloney.co.uk/?feed=itunes
Have also tried https://www.carlmaloney.co.uk/?feed=podcastCan you advise what’s going on here?
