iTunes language and Feed language in Powerpress the same thing?

My podcast is in Hindi but on the iTunes page the language says English https://itunes.apple.com/in/podcast/tinytales-podcast-by-radiofly/id1316383002In my powerpress settings there is an option of Feed Language that is set to English as default. Is it supposed to be the language of the literal feed? Like the description and show title of the podcast is in English so should I change the feed language or not?

Also, there is no option for Hindi in the feed language settings dropdown actually. ??
