iTunes feed not updating please help

Hello,

We recently also used Seriously Simple to submit our podcast to google play to. Before we did that the feed was updating up until August 21, episode is there any reason that would have messed up anything we did for iTunes. Originally redirection was written in because our old feed used a plugin from another CMS system. I tried to resubmit the new like we are using which is https://ssa.tv/feed/podcast and it says already submitted. If someone could please reply of what the issue could be that would be great.
