    Hi,

three itunes error message by registration of my podcast:
    1. Podcast graphics must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, in JPG or PNG format and in RGB color space, and be on a server that allows HTTP head requests.
    2. Your feed cannot be submitted. There is no <category> (“Category”) tag in your feed, or the <category> (“Category”) tag is empty.
    3. Dein Feed kann nicht übermittelt werden. Es gibt in deinem Feed kein Tag <explicit> (?Anst??ig“) oder das Tag <explicit> (?Anst??ig“) ist leer.

I uploaded under ‘details of the feed’ one jpg-pic, 1400/1400px, rgb; news is selected as the category and the checkbox ‘explicit’ is empty.

There are no more podcast plugins installed.

Hi @rainerb the feed URL is actually https://norberthaering.de/feed/podcast – (not /podcast/feed) – I checked this in the feed validator we like to use and got this: https://castfeedvalidator.com/?url=https://norberthaering.de/feed/podcast – it does look like there is an issue with your site serving up the cover image in your feed. Are you using any kind of image optimization plugins or other tools on your site that might interfere with this kind of resource delivery? That’s the first place I’d look. Other than that things look good with your feed, think you were just using the wrong feed URL before.

    thanks for your blitzanswer, Craig!

And sorry, sorry for my confusion! My mistake: I attached feed to the permalink structure. Strangely enough, my wrong feed also delivers a complete xml file when called. I used another validator that did not object to the xml, so I did not notice my error…

Now all podcast registrations are succsefull.

Thank you for your quick help!
