    We need the user registered and activated to attach the user meta that we check against for whether or not they’re moderated. We also don’t limit them from the ENTIRE website, just the BuddyPress/bbPress areas. If you have an online store as well, they should be able to fully interact with that area, for example. We wouldn’t limit that part.
