It's stopped workin on my website?

I think this has to do with your minified javascript files, looks like our JS file is not loaded at all. Maybe you could try clearing your Minify cache?

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunatly it didn’t fix the issue.

I tried deleting the plugin and re-installing again. I also cleared the cache and upgrade WordPress to 3.9 but I still see the same error.

I use W3 Total Cache – should I change the minify setting so it doesn’t include the plugin javascript files? If so, which ones should I add as exceptions?

OK, I removed a javascript plugin JS & CSS Script Optimizer which I thought may have been causing an issue. It doesn’t show the whole box but if I click the tabs the author box appears. The url also changes with the following suffix at the end:

#ts-fab-bio-below

Also the Google snippet tool is now picking up my authorship info so it must be being included on the page.

Any idea why the box isn’t automatically opening?

(if you see #ts-fab-bio-below suffix, something is blocking JS execution)
