Its sending un-rendered product descriptions to Google Merchant

Hi, actually the plugin won’t be able to get the data from the shortcode. It will pick up the data it finds in the description.

So, you can either remove the shortcodes from the actual product or, you can use the “Strip Tags” sanitization to remove all elements that act as tags. (see image)
