Hi, I haved the same problem, but this is not an issue from plugin or wordpress.

I belive you host your site in SiteGround, they have an anti-bot firewall (https://www.siteground.com/blog/new-anti-bot-ai/), since I activeted an CDN in frount off my site, the anti-captcha page started to appear.

The solutionare for me was ask to support for deactivate the anti-bot protetection for our site.

I finished disabling the plugin and trying with a different one.

FYI for anyone else using Cloudflare’s automatic platform optimization service for WordPress, that will cause this as well with Siteground.

Quick ticket with Siteground and they will remove their AI firewall for the domain in question and the problem is solved.

I had the some problem. But Support of Siteground fix this problem in view minutes. tnk a lot to support of siteground. great work and easily to use.
