It's painful to use

I used it, but I feel painful as it’s hard to get answer when I have difficulty to use it. So communication is not good, since it’s really confuse that they send email to you through support email address, however, they don’t allow you to use this support email to ask question, even you post topic in their forum, you are still hard to get feedback.
