    we think that you’re referring to some other plugin because the YITH WooCommerce Order Tracking is a free plugin like all others in www.remarpro.com repository and it does it’s job.

    We will appreciate if you delete this review because it seems you didn’t try the plugin at all.

    Sorry, but I have tried it and seen only the opportunity to pay for the Pro version… Could you send the screenshot where I can see anything other than a registration for the paid version? Maybe I haven’t understood something. Then I’ll gladly remove my comment.

    We surely have a premium version with much more features and we highlight it inside the plugin settings page, but the version you can download here for free is a plugin independent from the premium one and you do not have to purchase anything for using it.

    I summary to you the plugin feature:
    – you can set a default carrier name that will be used for filling the carrier name in every new order
    – in admin edit order you can enter carrier name, tracking code and shipping date
    – in admin orders page you’ll see an icon near every order you set as shipped
    – in my-account page the customers can see the tracking icon and the tracking details in case their order was shipped.

    Definitely, admins can enter tracking data and customers can see them.

    I have tried the plugin once again and now I can see the general settings tab. I don’t know, maybe I haven’t seen that tab before (although I was sure I’ve checked everything and really couldn’t find it, only pro version registration tab), or maybe you have added it in later version (cannot confirm as I’m not sure), but now it is working and I will try to remove my feedback.
