It's OK

I’m no expert, so I’m not in a position to judge the value of this plugin. It’s quite complicated for the untutored. I use it because the company I bought my theme from recommended installing it.

So why am I posting here? W3 Total Cache is insisting on getting a rating with an annoying pop-up form that shows up every time I go into my dashboard.

W3, if people like your product, they will let you know — you don’t have to whack them over the head!
