It’s now cloud, unclear what happen if you connect with an account

    1 Star for the cloud version:
    I can’t recommend this anymore. It is now cloud and you need to have a could account you connecting your website with. It is unlcear or difficult to understand what exactly is beeing done. What data the plugin shares etc. pp

    Hope this message finds you well and thanks for your feedback, we really appreciate it.

    Our BLC plugin does still have the Local (old) version. You will be able to activate it at Link Checker >> Local [old] menu, it will prompt a pop-up to start.

    Still, the Cloud version can be used with a free account. You will find additional information at our Broken Link Checker on this link: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/broken-link-checker/

    Thanks for the answer this was indeed a bit irritating. I changed it back to 4 stars, however you might be aware that the cloud thing need much more explanation in eaqsy words: What is this account, what really happens if I connect my website with this cloud? Is it able to edit data? Is it just reading data from external as everybody else can do … etc. pp. It is simply unclear what’s going on.
