It’s not working properly … help!

I have purchased your plugin and now I’m attempting to update alt text in existing posts/products only if no alt text is set but it’s not working …

I have checked in Bulk Updater Behaviour this options:

1. Use post title as alt text. If image is not attached to a post, image filename will be used instead.

It is not working! The plugin use filename as alt text and not product title, each image is attached to products.

2. Update alt text in existing posts only if no alt text is set. All alt text in media library will be updated.

Also not working! The plugin update alt text in existing products.
