It’s not working and lack of support

  • I just installed this plugin. I’ve got a new WP, a new Divi and freshly installed plugin. There is NO ‘This is popup” switch anywhere as seen on their tutorial. Neither you can expect any help from developer – look the support part – how many questions stayed without answers.

    Hi there, your ticket has been opened for less than 12 hours. Is a 1 star review really necessary?

    After installing the plugin, you should see an additional tab on any Divi SECTION titled “Popup”, which then will show a toggled labeled “This is a Popup.” Keep in mind, this is only for Divi sections, and there is no popup tab for Divi rows, columns, or modules.

    If you’re not seeing this Popup tab for Divi sections with the plugin installed, then there may be some sort of conflict with another plugin. We’re happy to help you investigate further.
