It’s not working, and I’ve been trying for weeks to get support.

This software struggles with a larger site, stalls, spins, regardless of the connection method, and despite weeks of effort, including chats and emails, we’ve received limited support, that doesn’t solve the issue.

Most of the time, they see the chat and don’t respond at all, yet we can see they see the chat. We feel completely disregarded by the provider, feel Ghosted, the software needs some serious work, based on our testing, it may be ok for small sites but it will not even try to work for larger site, we even tried the professional version, which received the same low support and neither version works on a larger site.

Which is the whole main reason one would even want a plugin like this.
