It's not working

This plugin is exactly what I need, but unfortunately it is not working.
It presented the first tab widget, but the others two tabs I created did not appear (which makes meaningless the plugin, as the tabs have not been created).
Is this a problem with the current wordpress version or the idea is too good to be true?
