its not replacing

I have installed this on two WP, in the first one, it was semi-working, i had to usually click on the “update” button of the media to see the replaced image on the website, this although sometimes didn’t work either. On the second WP installation, i never ever saw a single one time the replaced media on-air. Even after full cache clearing and testing on different browser. I really don’t know why.
It would be nice this to work as extremely strangely the (highly idiosyncratic) WP of billion of bucks value has reached 2021 without implementing such a highly vital and extremely basic and simple function, as to replace – update images (across the whole web site), which is cancelling the purpose of having a database driven CMS and website.
I suspected its maybe a cache thing and my suspicions aimed at Cloudflare but i have implemented it to shortpixel according to shortpixel instructions.
