It's not as easy as it looks!

  • Hi guys,

    I just installed the plugin, also purchased Extras. I am a little new to wordpress but I found things not as easy as it was described for this plugin.

    my main issue is with customizing each feature of this plugin, the options are so limited, it’s like I can’t do things the way I want.

    After I purchased the Extras, I got an email with Email support which goes to this page https://gndev.info/cs/ but this doesn’t look like Support page at all.

    I am wondering who I can reach to help me with working with this plugin? Are there any in depth tutorials for this plugin? I am sure a tutorial could help, also I feel the lack of a guide for using this plugin features and I feel frustrated I can’t work efficiently with this plugin.

  • You know, I use this plugin constantly and it is amazing. I don’t know what you are expecting, but you must be new to wordpress because this is a really nice plugin.

    I don’t know what you are looking for, but search for your requirements from another plugin. This one certainly does not do everything, but what it does do it does well.

    I am just a web designer who got the free version of this plugin and happen to see your post.

    You are right, the documentation is limited and it looks like he does not spend a lot of time on support. But other than that, great plugin.
