Okay so, I don’t comment any kind of plugin usually, but this time, I make an exception.
First, I don’t know the quality or the way the plugin works because you have to pay for using it. So I do not comment this part. What I can comment is:

Don’t say it’s a free plugin when it’s not!
And please don’t auto comment your home plugin with fakes accounts, it’s ridiculous..

Use a real free (and most used) contact form plugin: Contact Form 7

Ok, so you come to me on Facebook and ask for change my rating and now you want to continue this conversation. Well, ok.

Actually I do. And I get confused by the button. You use the primary one (blue) only for saving a form. The secondary is white and ask for toggle the settings and finally the button for actually creating a form is in the top of your donation box. So yes, I get confused. But when I realised my mistake, I immediately change my comment.

Like I say I do, otherwise you still get a bad review with one star. And please I do not insulting you.. Well, like you say you post only the first comment yourself. So it’s actually 13 “real” people’s commented and liked 5 stars your plugin against 1 (me) startign a real conversation and you find me on Facebook and ask me for changed my comment because I’m a real person. So, you are not happy now, try to do the same with the other 13 “real” person commented your plugin..

First of all, I had to continue that conversation, as I never know whenever you was going to comeback, and change your 1 star. Had to let other people know what happened there. Only after a day I find the way to reach out.

Regards donate button is primary. – Sorry to confuse you with donation bar, but it’s clearly separate section. Also I believe it has to be prominent to draw some attention of the users. It’s something you can turn off anyways, so I rather have it in visible place.

They are real people indeed, and you can cross reference some of them by similar nicknames in the reviews bit. I have sorted out every case out there, and helped people furthermore.

Doesn’t matter whenever I have 1k reviews, what matter is that your initial review was wrong, and rating was unfair. I’m happy to take bad review with no offense when it’s actually accurate, and helps me to improve.
