It’s Installed and running….now what?

I am brand new to wordpress. I am an amateur web designer but love the capabilities of wordpress. The problem is that there are so few resources in print that provide tutorials and in-depth how-to’s. I have found 2 books on wordpress but have read they are the only two as of now. Can anyone tell me where I can get more in-depth tutorials and how-to’s as for creating themes, integrating widgets, etc?
