    thats why i give 4 star..
    upload latest conact form and i will give u five star..

    means nowdays latest form..not 20th century.

    As a default style we provide a minimal white template.
    In addition to it, Contact Form Generator is one and only plugin, which give you possibility to create any kind of design you need, by using our Template Creator. You can find the Template Creator wizard in your admin Templates page
    (CFG->Templates->Your Template).

    The author was only offering support for their plugin along with an explanation why it is “20th century” design. Your last reply seems a bit off topic.

    We get a lot of reviews that are there to boost the reputation of other plugins, which is not allowed. Creative-Solutions’ response was quite detailed, and you replied with just “no” followed by a recommendation to another plugin.
