Best Customer Support ever

  • When i first tried Good bye captcha , it only worked on a centrain type of bots, and did not block all of them,( im using buddy press), I left a 3 star review because of that, but Mihai the developer got intouch with me, and sorted all the problems with my configuration, and even wrote a custom plug in for me.
    He work out all the bugs by himself and left a fully functional product, all that in a couple hours!

    This is a truly Free Premium Plug in, It delivers what it promises and more.
    The paid plug ins should take note of Mihai dedication.

    Thanks for creating an WordPress account in order to rate GoodBye Captcha and to report this to me.

    Based on what you’ve described above, GoodBye Captcha will stop JUST 40-60% of the bots trying to register, in only one situation: when you have another plugin which enables front end registration.

    When registration is enabled, as described on the Description page, GoodBye Captcha will protect your standard WordPress registration page, and is not aware of the fact that another plugin handles registration. In fact, the plugin is doing what is supposed to do: to protect your standard WordPress Registration page, which becomes available when registration is enabled. That’s why it stops just 40-60% of the bots.

    At this time, the only Membership Plugins that GoodBye Captcha is integrated with are:

    Ultimate Member
    WP User Control
    Login With Ajax

    If you’re using another one, please let me know which one, and I’ll help you to get rid of the old and obsolete captcha by providing an integration with that particular plugin.

    It would be awesome if there was a “honey pot” methods included.

    Even if is not specified in the description of the plugin, among others, the “honeypot” concept is implemented by GoodBye captcha since first day it was was launched.
