    Hi @wzwong

    I’m sorry to hear of your difficulties.

    I’d love to get some more information about your set up to see if I can help like what the domain is and what extensions you are running. If you are able to post some of your status information or open a ticket on WooCommerce.com with the info that would be amazing.

    Google has high-level information about possible causes here.

    We have some more [focused technical suggestions here](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/google-listings-and-ads/google-listings-and-ads-faqs/#section-38).

    I’ll keep an eye on this thread.`

    Hi again @wzwong

    Would you mind also checking for a google-listings-and-ads-xxxxxxxx log/s within WooCommerce > Status > Logs and seeing if there is anything in there related to verification. Possible something like…

    2021-06-10T14:54:46+00:00 ERROR Automattic\WooCommerce\GoogleListingsAndAds\API\Google\SiteVerification::insert {
    "error": {
    "code": 400,
    "message": "The necessary verification token could not be found on your site.",
    "errors": [
    {
    "message": "The necessary verification token could not be found on your site.",
    "domain": "global",
    "reason": "badRequest"
    }
    ]
    }
    }

    Cheers

    Hi Stephane @bluppi,

    If you are experiencing the same issue, according to our forum guidelines, we encourage you to create your own thread since something else may be causing the issue on your site. We would gladly assist you from there!

    In the meantime, you can try this plugin to insert the meta into your site’s header: Insert Headers and Footers by WPBeginner.
