The megamenu is not previewing. I think it’s not compatible with the latest version of WP and the default theme. Error text: “This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.” Check the ss: https://ibb.co/Tq8mM2v
I have tried to add it to the header section and also on the different sections of the site. Not working.
    Thanks.

    Hello Gobinda!

I would like to inform you that our Mega Menu Block is fully compatible with the latest version of WordPress. But there’s a compatibility issue with WordPress Full Site Editor, which our developers are already aware of and resolve as soon as they can.

Hello any update on this situation ?

we are in need of this plugin ?? ??

So true. I have been waiting for a long time to use it on my site, keeping that on my radar from the launch.

Hello guys! There are no updates on this matter yet, but we sure let you know if we receive any. Stay tuned!

@eugenewhite it works well on post type but not on FSE templating, i tried to debug the issue from the github sources but got no information when i npm start , any clues on how to debug ? ( i will make a PR with a fix asap ! )

@gtarafdarr @eugenewhite i ve made a PR on github to hotfix the issue
you can now use the block in fse editor ( it should require a rework in order to be mass market, some css aren t properly setup in editor but it works on both editor and frontend )

    here is the PR :
    https://github.com/motopress/getwid-megamenu/pull/4

and the direct code on my repo

Yeah some sort of ETA would be much appreciated.

Btw, @oytaub the hotfix doesn’t work for me.

    Thanks

    Antony

@antonyjosephsmith my hotfix was just to be able to load the block within the navigation block in the alpha FSE editor, its far from a stabilized patch

@oytaub – thanks for working on this but as you say its not a fix – still getting
‘This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.’ on menu items.
Full fix urgently needed (by me at least!).

My mega menu isn’t showing unless one hovers over it and I am using the bridge theme.

    Hello @mpurkaya76!

Sorry to hear that you faced such an issue with our plugin. But since you use a paid theme, I may only suggest you submit a ticket for use to check everything out from our side.

Hello guys, I hope you’re doing well!

I’m glad to inform you that we have released the WordPress Mega Menu Block version 1.0.3 where we improved the compatibility with the Full Site Editing features of WordPress. Make sure to update the plugin and let us know in case there’s something we can help you with.

Hello eugenewhite – thanks for the 1.0.3 release which now works with WordPress 6.0.1 and 2022 theme. The block plugin is a bit unstable and is certainly resource heavy (ie possibly wasteful) as I get regular warnings from Firefox that the tab running FSE is slowing down the browser – only happens when I’m working within the megamenu block. That said I have eventually produced a decent megamenu.
Now for a design problem ?? – clicking on the top level items does not produce a sticky menu – there is only a mouseover one – on mobiles tapping the top level items does produce a sticky menu. This needs to be fixed because on wide screens you cannot reach the mega menu display on mouseover unless you make the megamenu pane almost the whole width of the window.
    Cheers

    Hello @kdenby

    Sorry for the late response.
Please be informed that we released a new version of the Mega Menu Block where we resolved the design issue you were referring to.
As for the resource consumption, we weren’t able to reproduce the issue locally, so I may suggest you try disabling other plugins that you have installed to check if there’s some sort of conflict or not.
