• It’s a pity, very good plugin but no support and extremely poor documentation. I will have to look for another option. This is not the way to work and even less to get a service into production.

    Thanks

  • I agree!

Agreed. CANNOT rely on this on a production site.

Oh man, so sad to hear these complaints.

Our company actually has been going through changes in staff, so now it’s just me providing support. I cannot fix the past, but I can guarantee that from now you will receive all the support you need from me regarding ACF Frontend

    Thanks for your reply Shabti,

I am concerned that you state that the company has suffered codifications and that you are now alone in Support.

I think you are alone in everything, and that is unfortunate. I encourage you to seriously reorganize. You have an excellent product. You must have more information about this than I do. You have no competition, but surely someone is going to take advantage of ACF Frontend’s weakness, which is a secret to no one. You deserve to win success for the idea of making a product like ACF Frontend. Fight for it. Find people to work with you and help you. You can’t do it all by yourself.

And what about those of us who bought a license and relied on the advertising of the product? Now we are waiting for it to stabilize and fix fundamental things to go into production.

When do you think ACF Frontend will be stabilized?

    Thanks Shabti and good luck
    Luis

Thanks your support. This state of affairs is only temporary, we are actually reorganising, we had to lay off workers who weren’t contributing enough and we are looking for more serious help.

In the mean time, I am working extra and the first priority is to make the plugin stable for current users. I’m doing this by fixing core issues in the plugin. I am pretty that that is 99% done. The issues that you have been experiencing lately are now all patched up and from now on, we will be able to maintain stability much better.

Our second priority is to write up rich documentation. You will soon be seeing many new tutorials on our site.

I thank you for your patience and continued support. I am confident in our plugins ability and am sure you can take your site into production
