ITRO not displaying correctly – Chrome, IE

ITRO popup used to display according to the HTML code but not anymore. Almost none of the formatting shows up in the final pop-up.

Note there should be larger font size at the first line, an bullet point list starting at “find” and ending after “success”.
Spacing doesn’t reflect HTML code either.
I am using the latest version of the popup and checked on both Chrome and Internet Explorer – problem exists on both platforms.
